Engineering Services
Heavy Equipment Rentals
To engage in the rental, leasing, and operation of heavy equipment, such as but not limited to cranes, forklifts, backhoes, bulldozers, excavators, loaders, dump trucks, and other construction and industrial machinery, with or without operators.
Sanitary Landfill
To engage in the general development, construction, rehabilitation, operation and maintenance of sanitary landfill and TSD facility treatment such as a wastewater treatment plant, leachate pond, sewage treatment plant and material recovery facility.
Logistics and Transportation Services
To engage in, operate, and conduct the business of logistics and transportation services, including but not limited to the trucking and hauling of goods, cargo, materials, and equipment of every kind and description, whether for commercial, industrial, or personal use; to own, lease, manage, maintain, and operate trucks, trailers, utility vehicles, and other transport units.
Constructions
To engage in the construction of roads, highways, pavement, railways, dams, reservoirs, tunnels, water supply, horizontal structures, ports, harbors, railroads and other structures including mechanical and electrical.
Motorpool Services
To establish, operate, and manage motorpool services, including fleet management, dispatching, maintenance, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles and heavy equipment for its own account or for third parties.
