WASTECON INC. is 100% Filipino owned and registered corporation established on June 9, 2017 to engage in total waste management services. The company offers integrated solutions for collection, transport, treatment, recovery, and disposal of domestic and hazardous wastes, development, operation, and maintenance of sanitary landfill, composting, and waste water treatment.
The company is licensed by DENR to operate sanitary landfill and waste water treatment facility since October 2017 under ECC Nos. R4A-2002-0032 and 4A-2000-09-20-610-120 respectively.
The company owns an 81,396 square meters of land which can accommodate 256,000 cubic meters of residual wastes. Aside from this, the company will develop another 156,264 square meters property which is expected to be operational by the 3rd quarter of 2021.

Minalabac Camarines Sur - Sanitary Landfill
The proposed Sanitary Landfill Facility in Minalabac with a 16-hectare of land is a modern, environmentally compliant solid waste disposal facility to be designed, develop, and to operate by Wastecon Inc.. The project aims to provide a long-term, sustainable solution for the proper disposal of municipal solid waste generated within Minalabac and neighboring areas in Camarines Sur. The facility will be developed in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 9003, ensuring strict environmental safeguards and public health protection.
Collection, transport, and disposal of residual wastes from private companies and local government units. Collected wastes are disposed in the company owned sanitary landfill duly authorized by DENR.
Collection, transport, and disposal of waste water from private establishments and local government units. Collected waste water are treated through the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) operated by the company prior to disposal.
The Company offers rentals of portable toilet to private companies and local government units including regular maintenance and cleaning services.
